Mission Statement
The Middle East Review is an independent research and knowledge institute, founded in 2011 by a group of young academics. Our organization was established in order to publish academic articles and opinions about the Middle East. However, as of 2013, the Middle East Review solely focuses on the reviewing of books related to or from the Middle East. The Middle East Review is committed to stimulating discussion on topics related to the Middle East, and aims to increase knowledge of the Middle East.

Status
The Middle East Review is a non-profit foundation under Dutch law. The foundation may be consulted by governments, ngo’s and companies. Publications of The Middle East Review will not be influenced by funders and third parties.
